Make your website legible to AI search
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews now answer questions that used to send a click to your website — and most sites are technically invisible to them. We audit, restructure and mark up your site so AI engines can read, trust and cite it correctly.
Search is splitting in two
Classic SEO optimizes for ranking in a list of blue links. Answer engines and generative engines work differently — they read a page once, extract what it actually says, and decide whether to cite it. A site can rank well in Google and still be invisible to an AI answer.
What usually breaks it: JavaScript-heavy pages AI crawlers can't render, no structured data describing what the business actually does, vague marketing copy with nothing concrete to extract, and — increasingly — an AI manifest file that's missing or wrong.
Before writing this page, we audited brainytech.in itself. Our own AI manifest (llms.txt) was pointing at eight service pages that no longer existed, and describing capabilities we'd deliberately stopped offering months earlier. We fixed it the same week — before shipping this service, not after a client found it for us.
Two ways to work with us
A one-time fix for a defined scope, or an ongoing retainer for a landscape that keeps changing — most clients start with the audit and decide from there.
AI readiness audit + fix
A focused, one-time engagement: we audit how AI crawlers and language models currently read your site, fix what's broken, and hand over a written report.
Ongoing AI visibility retainer
AI engines change constantly — new crawlers, new signals, new citation patterns. A monthly retainer keeps your site current and tells you whether it's actually working.
What we actually do
Concrete technical work, not a vague promise of “AI optimization.”
Crawler access
We check that GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended can actually reach and render your pages — not just that Googlebot can.
Structured data
Organization, Service, FAQPage and Breadcrumb schema so engines understand what you offer, not just what your homepage says.
Extractable content
Direct-answer paragraphs, FAQs and comparison tables written so a model can quote them cleanly, without misreading context.
AI manifest (llms.txt)
An accurate, maintained summary file most companies haven't heard of yet, let alone kept up to date.
AEO and GEO are new disciplines — there's no twenty-year history of ranking data to lean on, and no one can honestly guarantee a specific AI engine will cite you for a specific query. What we can do is make your site technically legible to these systems and give you real signal on whether it's working. We'll tell you what's measurable and what's still a bet.
