    We agree your commission in writing for each project, and pay it once the client pays us.

Q1How much commission will I earn?

Commission depends on the size and type of each project. We agree it with you in writing for every project before work starts, so you always know what you'll earn.

Q2When do I get paid?

We pay your commission after the client pays BrainyTech. For projects paid in milestones, your commission follows the same milestones.

Q3Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free, and there are no targets or minimum referrals.

Q4Do I need to sell or manage the project?

No. An introduction is enough. We run the discovery call, proposal, contract and delivery. You're welcome to stay involved if your client prefers it.

Q5Who signs the contract with the client?

BrainyTech signs the contract and invoices the client directly. We're responsible for the delivery and quality of the work.

Q6How do you make sure my referral is credited to me?

Email us the lead before or when you make the introduction. We confirm it in writing, and that client is recorded against your name.

Q7What kinds of clients are a good fit?
